Enhance your group's getaway with an hour of tranquility and full-body sensory immersion in our zen-inspiring studio space.  Each session begins with optional aromatherapy, application of eye cover and light hands-on massage/reiki as well as intention-setting, breath work and guided meditation, all to assist the body in settling into stillness. 

 

You will float through different levels of wake/sleep consciousness as you absorb the healing vibrations produced by our seven clear quartz sound bowls expertly tuned to 440hz, a frequency known to promote deep relaxation.  The sound bath is an effortless way to quiet mental chatter, get grounded and experience the senses.  You'll feel refreshed with a heightened sense of clarity and ease following a session.

 

Come prepared to lie down!  The studio provides yoga mats, yoga blankets, eye pillows and a limited supply of pillows and bolsters all on a complimentary basis.  We encourage you to bring along your favorite sweatshirt, and any other personal items to help maximize coziness and comfort during the sound bath.

 

The first four guests are included in the flat flee with each additional priced at $28.  To ensure safe transportation the bowls and props an additional fee of $100 applies for on-location service.
