PRIVATE YOGA

Great for prenatal and others requiring a modified program. We offer private yoga in-studio for single clients and groups (for on-location requests please email us). The first five guests are included in the flat fee, with each additional priced at $25. We customize the class based on your goals and can offer hands-on reiki infused assists and adjusts and sound bowls for savasana at your request for no extra charge. You will be challenged at certain points and relaxed at others. Each hour concludes with savasana to integrate and seal in the session's benefits.
SOUND BATH SERVICE
60 minutes I $129

Enhance your group's getaway with an hour absorbing the healing vibrations produced by our 440hz seven quartz crystal sound bowls. Each session begins with intention-setting and guided breath work. An additional fee may apply for on-location service. The first five guests are included in the flat flee with each additional priced at $25.
Allow us to customize a dream itinerary for your private group, at our location or yours, selecting any one or more of our holistic wellness offerings: mat pilates, assisted stretching, reformer, rebounder, guided meditation, body therapies and sound bath services.
