Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: We offer flexible cancellation for studio credit up until 24 hours before a booking. We regret that cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. On-location services are subject to the cancellation parameters provided on booking. For spa appointments a $50 rebooking fee applies. ***PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ON EASTERN TIME***
