Cancellation Policy

For your convenience, a standard 20% gratuity will be added to your bill for your provider on the day of your service. ***PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ON EASTERN TIME*** Eastern Time is one hour ahead of Central Time, and we regularly receive late cancellations due to mistakes concerning the time zone. Please make every effort to note this potential discrepancy and plan accordingly. CANCELLATIONS: We understand things happen and offer a flexible cancellation policy up until 24 hours before your booking. Up until that time you may call us, email or log in on the app to reschedule or cancel free of charge. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your booking time please email us at info@pranalifestudio.com. Due to the limited availability of our offerings and in fairness to all community members and our staff, you are subject to a $50 rebooking fee if you provide less than 24 hours notice of any change preventing you from joining us for your scheduled treatment.
