Attaching the padded jumpboard levels up the cardio benefits of your reformer workout- and the fun! Enjoy a whole new dimension to your pilates practice that is both challenging and also low impact on the joints. Good condition and a strong core are required for jumping. Attending eight Foundation or 1/2 classes is prerequisite, but please call to discuss if you're not sure!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: We offer flexible cancellation for studio credit up until 24 hours before a booking. We regret that cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. On-location services are subject to the cancellation parameters provided on booking. For spa appointments a $50 rebooking fee applies.
