In this fusion class you'll bounce yourself happy on our state-of-the-art Bellicon rebounders, and roll the weight of the world off your shoulders with props for assisted stretching and toning on the mat. Combining the lowest impact cardio on the planet with lengthening and core strengthening exercises, this class will elevate your state and energize you for your day. What's a rebounder? A rebounder is the mini-trampoline, reinvented with a silent, smooth bounce thanks to its bungee support system (goodbye, squeaky springs!). Rebounding torches calories, conditions the pelvic floor, builds bone density, improves proprioception and provides a thorough lymphatic flush and circulation boost to help you feel your best. Cancellation Policy

***PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ON EASTERN TIME*** Eastern Time is one hour ahead of Central Time, and we regularly receive late cancellations due to mistakes concerning the time zone. Please make every effort to note this potential discrepancy and plan accordingly. CANCELLATIONS: We understand things happen and offer a flexible cancellation policy up until 24 hours before your booking for studio credit. Up until that time you may use our app, Space by Wix, to reschedule or cancel. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your booking time please email us at info@pranalifestudio.com. Due to the limited availability of our offerings, please be aware that we cannot issue credit for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice. Please review the late cancellation policies for class packages at the time or purchase for any applicable late cancellation fee. Private group bookings are subject to the cancellation parameters provided on booking. We assume all cancellations are fault-free and you never need to explain an absence. Likewise the studio's cancellation policies apply in all cases in fairness to the rest of the community, including staff and those turned away while we saved your spot.
