Cancellation Policy
GRATUITY: A standard 20% gratuity will be added to your bill on the day of your service for your provider.
CANCELLATIONS: We offer flexible cancellation for studio credit up until 24 hours before a booking. We regret that cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. On-location services are subject to the cancellation parameters provided on booking. For spa appointments a $50 rebooking fee applies.
